IT IS COMPLETELY NORMAL...
...to experience challenges at work and in life, but for various reasons we commonly get stuck in ineffective habits of mind and behaviour. The good news is that you already carry the potential to deal with these challenges in more helpful and flexible ways inside yourself, even though they may seem difficult to access right now.
ABOUT COACHING AND MENTORING:
I offer both, coaching and mentoring, and there is an important difference between these two methods of working together: Coaching is a powerful goal- and future-oriented collaborative process to gain insights, ideas and generate solutions through open questions and reflection. Mentoring is more directive, and may include providing advice, guidance, suggestions, training and/or sharing of experiences. Through my background and training, I am able to flexibly combine different approaches and methods, tailored to your needs. My approach includes Acceptance & Commitment Coaching (ACC) and mindfulness practices, which have been shown to help us gaining a greater clarity over our thoughts and emotions and relate to them in more helpful ways. This then allows us to choose our actions and responses wisely, taking our lives into the direction we want to go. However, coaching and certain mind skill exercises such as formal mindfulness practices may not be the right thing for you right now, and it is therefore important to discuss your needs, challenges and wishes in a free check-in session, before starting our work together.
